Protein rich breakfast is always a good option to start the day with. Egg approximately contains around 6 grams of protein. A normal person would require around 50 to 70 grams of protein a day. 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
Few coriander leaves, finely chopped
¼ tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
- Take a medium size bowl and add two eggs in it
- Then add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, pepper powder, salt and beat well
- Heat the pan and add 1 tsp oil and spread all over the pan
- Now pour the beaten egg mixture evenly on the pan and cook 2 to 3 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 minutes in medium flame.
Easy and healthy egg omelette is ready to serve!!
